Maintenance
a long term relationship serves you well
Maintenance is Key to a Good User Experience

Doing business over the long term with the same person allows you to build a relationship where your provider learns how you use your computers and how best to help you.

Maintenance can mean everything from doing regular software maintenance and system tune ups to keeping

the hardware in good shape and upgraded to fill your needs.

In the picture above an older iBook is being upgraded from a 60GB hard disk to an 80GB hard disk.

Things like diagnostics and updates are critical to keeping your system in good operating condition.

Having enough memory and hard disk are also important and can make the difference between a machine

that is sluggish and one that  feels responsive.  These things are as individual as users.  One size does not

fit all.
