To make it easier for you, I make house calls as my Uncle and Grandfather did when they were country doctors.
I have found, over the years, dating back to 1978, that when you bring your computer into the shop, it is not altogether uncommon that you leave the problem at home. As a result, you have a computer that works fine in the shop but when you bring it home you still have problems which were not even looked at. Making house calls helps to keep that from happening.
