Your CDs can be loaded into iTunes libraries, and subsequently loaded on to your iPod for your convenience.  I can create the library of your CDs in iTunes and give it to you to be copied onto your computer.

 

If you need to transfer the contents of your iPod or selections from your iPod to
your iTunes library or to your hard disk or a CD, I can do that for you.


I can run the built in diagnostics and maybe even tell you what the problem is when your iPod doesn’t do what you expect it
to do.

Do you have Audio Books on your iPod?  If you would like them to be book markable so you can

stop listening, then come back later and pick up where you left off, I can do that for you.
